can't sleep all night? is that normal?

insomnia?? whta is that? some people told me that insom is such a condition when u can't sleep all night but your eyes tired as fuck. that because your brain can't relax and make your eyes still awaken. there is 3 possibilities why insom could happen:

1. take a nap

                     take a nap is important for many reason, some research saying about a babies should take sleep at least 18 hours per day, and adult is half of that. it's prove that nap can be positive thing when we really need that, as long you're not to long in sleep (they gonna thing you're dead haha kidding). why kids need more sleep than adult? because they more need that for growth and adult need sleep because recover their energy. ok back to the point, when you already take a nap it's automatically make you can't sleep all night long

2. Doesn't have any activities all day (nganggur)



as a productive people specially college student like me ,must be having an activity. in campus or just hangout with any friends, and yahhh it's make you tired and can make you sleep tight in the night. but when you don't have any activity in a day your body will respond that like how you threat your body, when you lazy all day long so you can't sleep that night. simple

3. too much coffee

well... it's the matter when you idolize coffee to much, my neighbour said that he can't survive all day without coffee, then i'm say "sooo can you sleep on the night after coffee?" and then he told me, not everyone get insom because of the coffee, he need that because he drink that think when he was 15, wtf??? and yahh it's true. sooo the point is, if you not usually drink coffee so just don't !


why i write this? because yahh of course i have problem with insomnia, specially after ngaji , so the only way to get tired is playing my iphone (social media or playing some games), but i don't get sleepy yet, it's make me more insomnia -_- how fucked up yyah??? 

soo i'm doing some research (yaellah hahaha) for solving this fuckin problem :

- doing some sport that day
-listening any music (instrument)
-eat some food (makes you feel happy and fat of course haha)
-watching movie
-don't playing phone during sleep
-turn off the lamp (any research said that you have to sleep without the lights on)
-wearing some comfortable pajamas.

maybe that's all my blog for now. i wanna get some sleep hehe. bye!!
